45 Degrees to Speed

45 degrees to speed you ask? He must be crazy! When speed training the angle of your body plays an important part in you running a 4.4 sec. 40 yard dash or a 5.2 sec. 40 yard dash.
With a proper forward body lean you are able to achieve a power triple extension of the ankle, knee and hip joint aloowing you to explode with each stride and accelerate explosively. Sounds good doesn't it?

45 degrees is what it is all about. Now go try it.

For drills to enhance your forward body lean, accelerate on over to http://www.procombinetraining.com/h/m2/default.asp?lang=&nCategory=421

Time is ticking. for you to improve your 40 yard dash.
